The majority of office visits at Student Health Service are available for enrolled ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ students at no charge. Small fees may be applied for certain appointment types, lab work, medications, procedures, or supplies.

Payment Options

Payment options include: online, cash, credit, or debit (except American Express). Payments are requested to be made within 30 days of service. Students have the right to ask the cost of a service before receiving it.

Summer Visits

Students enrolled in fall courses can receive care via Student Health Service throughout the summer for a $10.00 visit fee. The service fee is waived for students taking a summer course(s).

Graduated Students

Visits are available to graduated students for 15 business days after their graduation date.

International Students

International students are required to carry insurance through UW-Eau Claire. The insurance covers 100% of all services performed at Student Health Service.

Student Health Service does not bill insurance directly, but we can provide a receipt which can be submitted for reimbursement.

Family Planning Only Services

The Family Planning Only Services Program provides sexual and reproductive health care for people with limited income to reduce unplanned pregnancies.
